Step into Your Power: A Coaching Group for Professional Women

Join this professional development group led by Ann Green, a compassionate Psych NP, Life Coach, and seasoned therapist, and Kathleen Calabro, a Managing Partner at a global consulting firm with years of experience mentoring women to achieve their professional potential. Together, we bring a powerful combination of expertise in emotional development, leadership strategy, and workplace navigation to support women in their performance as leaders no matter what level they are in their careers.

We know the workplace can be tough. From juggling peer relationships to advocating for yourself in male-dominated spaces, we know the hurdles can feel overwhelming. That’s why we created this group—to provide women like you with a supportive space to explore their options, grow, learn, and overcome obstacles while building connections with others who truly understand what you're going through.

"I found the group to be extremely supportive and understanding. I learned that I don't give myself enough credit and often overlook the tools I have at my disposal because I make the wrong assumption that I can't do something!"

"The most impactful part of this group was knowing I’m not alone - especially working in consulting where it is very competitive, and women can sometimes be closed off since we feel pitted against one another . It really helped me to feel like I have support and my inner thoughts are not “crazy” . It helped alleviate some of the self blame."
