If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, you’re not alone. Life doesn’t move in a straight line—relationships shift, emotions rise and fall, and at times, it can feel like you’re carrying too much on your own.
I’ve spent my life helping people find their way through uncertainty, pain, and transition. My approach to therapy isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong” with you—it’s about growing, connecting, and creating something new, no matter where you’re starting from.
For over 35 years, I’ve worked with people facing depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, and life transitions—guiding them toward healing and new possibilities. My work is rooted in social therapy, a powerful approach that recognizes that we don’t develop alone. We grow in connection with others. Therapy with me isn’t just about insight—it’s about building the relationships and tools you need to create a life that feels more whole, supported, and alive.
I bring a deep understanding of how personal struggles are shaped by the world around us—our families, our workplaces, and the larger culture we’re part of. Whether you’re navigating career pressures, family conflicts, self-doubt, or simply trying to figure out what’s next, I provide a warm, collaborative space where we can explore and grow together.
Alongside my therapy practice, I serve as the Creative Director of The East Side Institute, an international hub for the development of social therapeutics and performance activism. My background spans mental health, life coaching, community organizing, and social activism—experiences that have shaped my belief that creating environments for growth and development can and does transform the world. Growth, to me, is more than individual achievement; it’s about actively shaping our lives with others. If you’re ready to take a step—whether it’s small or big—I’d love to support you in that journey.
